This Refund Policy governs the refund terms for Dizibook Comment Automation ("Dizibook", "Company", "we", "our", or "us") provided through:

By purchasing or subscribing to Dizibook services, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. OVERVIEW

Dizibook provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows homestays and resorts to automate replies to comments on Instagram and Facebook and send automated direct messages containing booking links or WhatsApp links.

Because Dizibook provides immediate access to software, infrastructure, and automation functionality upon account activation, refunds are limited and subject to the terms described below.


2. FREE TRIAL POLICY

Dizibook offers a 7-day free trial period to allow users to evaluate the Service before being charged.

During the free trial:

• Users have access to core features
• Users can test automation functionality
• Users can cancel anytime before trial ends

If you cancel your subscription before the free trial ends, you will not be charged.

Once the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription, and billing will begin.

No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel before the free trial ends.

It is the user's responsibility to cancel the subscription before the trial expiration date if they do not wish to continue.


3. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS

Dizibook operates on a prepaid subscription basis.

Once a monthly subscription payment has been successfully processed, the payment is generally non-refundable.

This includes situations where:

• You forget to cancel your subscription
• You do not use the Service
• You use the Service partially
• You change your mind
• You no longer need the Service
• Your business circumstances change

Because the Service is delivered instantly and continuously, refunds cannot be provided once the billing cycle has started.


4. AUTOMATIC RENEWALS

All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

By subscribing, you authorize Dizibook and its payment processors to automatically charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.

You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Refunds will not be issued for automatic renewals that occur due to failure to cancel.


5. EXCEPTIONAL REFUND CIRCUMSTANCES

Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

5.1 Duplicate Payments

If you are charged multiple times due to a technical error, duplicate charges may be refunded after verification.


5.2 Technical Failure Caused by Dizibook

If the Service is completely unavailable for an extended period due to a verified technical issue caused solely by Dizibook, a refund or credit may be issued at our sole discretion.

This does not include downtime caused by:

• Instagram outages
• Facebook outages
• Meta platform restrictions
• Internet failures
• User configuration errors


5.3 Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your account was charged without authorization, you must contact us immediately at:

6. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

• Failure to cancel subscription before billing
• Lack of usage of the Service
• Dissatisfaction due to business results
• Platform limitations imposed by Instagram or Facebook
• Account suspension due to policy violations
• User misconfiguration of automation
• Change in business needs
• Change of mind after purchase

Dizibook provides software tools only and does not guarantee business results, leads, or revenue.


7. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

After cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged again
• No refunds will be issued for unused time

Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not reverse past charges.


8. PAYMENT PROCESSORS

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe and Razorpay.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Typical refund processing time:

5 to 10 business days

Dizibook is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.


9. CHARGEBACK POLICY

Initiating a chargeback without contacting Dizibook first may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Loss of access to the Service

We strongly encourage users to contact support before initiating chargebacks.


10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY DISCLAIMER

Dizibook relies on third-party platforms including Instagram and Facebook.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of these platforms.

Refunds will not be issued due to issues caused by third-party platforms.


11. ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND REFUNDS

If your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for any refunds.
