By accessing, registering, subscribing, or using the Services in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and other applicable policies.

"Service" refers to Dizibook Comment Automation platform and related software.
"User", "Customer", "Subscriber", or "You" refers to any individual or business using the Service.
"Platform" refers to the Dizibook website, software, dashboard, and automation systems.
"Subscription" refers to the paid recurring access to the Service.
"Third-Party Platforms" refers to Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Stripe, Razorpay, and other integrations.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
The Services are intended exclusively for business use by:
• Homestay owners
• Resort owners
• Hospitality businesses
The Services are not intended for personal or consumer use.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes.
Dizibook provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) automation platform that enables users to automate replies to comments on Instagram and Facebook posts.
The Services may include:
• Automated replies to Instagram comments
• Automated replies to Facebook comments
• Automated direct messages
• Booking link automation
• WhatsApp link redirection via DM
• Automation workflow configuration
• Dashboard access
• Account management tools
The Company provides software tools only and does not guarantee any specific business results, bookings, leads, or revenue.
To use the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You agree to update your information as necessary.
You are solely responsible for:
• Maintaining password confidentiality
• All activity under your account
• Preventing unauthorized access
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
The Company is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your negligence.
Dizibook provides automation technology only.
You retain full responsibility for:
• Content of messages sent
• Automation settings
• Business communications
• Compliance with laws
Dizibook does not:
• Control your messages
• Select message recipients
• Guarantee results
The platform executes actions based solely on your configuration.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
Current pricing is ₹199 per month.
The Company reserves the right to change pricing at any time.
A 7-day free trial may be offered.
Card is required.
Billing begins automatically after trial ends unless canceled.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing.
Billing continues until canceled.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
Dizibook does not store complete card details.
You may cancel anytime.
Cancellation prevents future billing.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
No refunds are provided for:
• Partial usage
• Failure to cancel
• Lack of usage
Free trial allows evaluation before payment.
You agree NOT to use the Services to:
• Violate laws
• Send spam
• Harass individuals
• Misrepresent identity
• Conduct illegal activities
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
The Service integrates with Instagram and Facebook.
You agree to comply with Meta platform policies.
Dizibook is not responsible for third-party platform restrictions.
Dizibook does not guarantee message delivery.
Message delivery depends on:
• Platform availability
• Platform policies
• Network conditions
All software, design, and platform content are owned by Dizibook.
You are granted a limited license to use the Service.
You may not:
• Copy software
• Reverse engineer software
• Resell software
Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell personal data.
We strive to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Service may be interrupted due to:
• Maintenance
• Technical issues
• Third-party failures
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
• Violations of Terms
• Illegal use
• Abuse
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dizibook shall not be liable for:
• Lost profits
• Lost business
• Indirect damages
Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in last 30 days.
Service is provided "as is".
No guarantees of:
• Results
• Availability
• Performance
You agree to indemnify Dizibook against claims arising from:
• Your use of the Service
• Your violations
We are not liable for events beyond our control.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any and all disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or the relationship between you and Dizibook shall be exclusively resolved in the competent courts located in Hassan, Karnataka, India. You expressly agree that the District Court of Hassan, Karnataka shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for the resolution of any such disputes, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update Terms anytime.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
